What we collect

When you browse this website

You can read every page without telling us who you are. This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Like every website, the company that hosts it keeps standard technical records of each visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure. This website is hosted by Cloudflare, listed below.

When you use the calculator

The figures you enter are worked out in your own browser. They are not sent to us or saved.

When you send your details

To ask Puneet to contact you, you give your name, phone number and email address, and choose the type of mortgage and your timeframe. This form is the only way to contact Puneet through this website. It is delivered to Puneet’s email inbox by FormSubmit, listed below.

When you apply for a mortgage

If you go ahead with an application, Puneet asks for the information a lender needs to assess it. This usually includes:

  • your name, date of birth, address and contact details
  • identity documents, which the law requires us to verify
  • employment, income and business information
  • your savings, down payment, assets and debts
  • details of the property
  • your credit report, which we obtain only with your consent

Please share someone else’s information, such as a co-applicant’s, only when you have their permission.

How we use it

We use your information to:

  • contact you about your request and arrange a time to talk
  • understand your plans and compare mortgage options for you
  • prepare and submit your application to the lenders you choose
  • verify your identity and keep the records that mortgage rules and anti-money laundering law require
  • answer your questions and look after your mortgage through closing and renewal

We use it only for these purposes, or for a new purpose you agree to. We never sell your information. We send you marketing emails only if you ask to receive them, and every one has a way to unsubscribe.
